We are a product of nature. Whether you like it or not. For thousands and thousands of years the outside was our natural habitat. Our bond to nature is embedded in our genes. But somehow, along the way, we forgot all of this. We left Mother Nature behind and went inside. Today, we are The Indoor Generation. We spend most of our lives indoors. Sleeping, eating, working and having fun. But living inside with reduced daylight and stale air affects our wellbeing and our mood. We have to let nature back into our lives again.
